<p><b>Reports to:</b> Reports to and takes direction from the Assistant Manager and will also take some direction from Operations Leaders in Assistant managers’ absence.</p>
<p><b>Job description:</b> The Service and Rental Department is a part time position but hours can range from 10 up to 40 hours per week. Members of the S&amp;R work directly with the playing equipment used by MN Pro Paintball as well as the customers’ personal equipment. They are required to distribute, service, clean, and receive rental equipment while accurately tracking. Experience and/or training in the world of Paintball will be a great head start. In this position you will interact with prospects and customers helping to define their needs, solve problems and sell our services/products. Ability to multi-task is essential.</p>
<p><b>Responsibilities:</b></p>
<p>Make sure guest receive the Best Paintball Experience Possible.<br />
Accurately track all rental equipment.<br />
Fix all rental equipment as well as customers’ equipment.<br />
Track parts installed in broken rental equipment.<br />
Able to fix a variety of different types of paintball equipment.<br />
Fill CO2 and compressed air.<br />
Meticulously follow company systems.<br />
Cleaning of rental equipment.<br />
Enforce safety at all times.<br />
Demonstrate proper use of rental equipment.<br />
Be an ambassador to the company and the sport.<br />
Maintain a friendly and courteous work environment.<br />
Participate in delegated opening and closing tasks.<br />
Adheres to guidelines and completes all applicable daily checklists.<br />
Work outside specific job duties and go above and beyond.<br />
Learn all aspects of our business and communicate that to our customers.<br />
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work station.<br />
Control customers’ entire experience.<br />
Facilitate any customer needs during equipment pick up and return.<br />
Tracks rental inventory and notifies superior of outages.</p>
<p><b>Requirements:</b></p>
<p>Must have legal authorization to work in the United States of America.<br />
Must possess a valid driver’s license.<br />
Must be at least sixteen (16) years old to apply.<br />
Must not have been convicted of, pleaded guilty to, entered a plea of nolo contendere to, or received<br />
judicial diversion for any felony charges or to any violation of any federal or state laws or city ordinances relating to force, violence, theft, dishonesty, gambling, controlled substances, or sex-related crimes.<br />
Must not have been convicted of, pleaded guilty to, entered a plea of nolo contendere to, or received<br />
judicial diversion for any misdemeanor charges involving DUI/DWI or alcohol, or use, possession,<br />
manufacture, or sale of controlled substances or drug paraphernalia within the past five (5) years.<br />

Paintball knowledge is a must.<br />
Knowledge of Tippmann equipment is required. Minor knowledge of various other types of equipment is a<br />
plus.<br />
Extreme attention to detail.<br />
Literacy in English with the ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions and posted<br />
schedules.<br />
Work very well with hands.<br />
High initiative, self motivation, and the capacity to work unsupervised.<br />
Can do attitude with a no task too small mind set.<br />

<p><b>Working conditions and physical requirements</b></p>
<p>Work well in a team and alone.<br />
The employee will be exposed to loud noise, machinery with moving parts, dirt, dust, chemicals, foul odors, pollens, paint, slippery surfaces, fumes and adverse weather conditions.<br />
Job requires standing for long periods of time and walking for long periods of time on different types of<br />
terrain and requires bending, lifting, reaching and climbing.<br />
Must have sufficient physical strength and ability to independently and repeatedly lift, move and carry<br />
objects weighing up to fifty (50) pounds and to repeatedly lift, move and carry objects weighing more than fifty (50) pounds with assistance.<br />
The employee will be working mostly in the rental distribution room but is not limited from the playing<br />
fields, Park grounds and in the maintenance building.</p>

<p><b>Reports to:</b> Park Assistant Manager &amp; Park Manager</p>
<p><b>Job description:</b> The Maintenance Operation Leader will work 25 – 35 hours per week. They are responsible for the day to day operations in the absence of the Park Manager (PM) or Assistant Manager (AM) while performing any and all other positions at the park at the top level.</p>
<p><b>Maintenance OL – Job description:</b> The majority of the shifts are working directly with the PM on all aspects of maintenance of the Park, from grounds work to construction. The MOLs are responsible for assisting opening and closing, handling minor customer issues, and they are available to entry-level employees for any questions or recommendations on how to do their specific jobs during open play hours and weekday reservations. They are still an active part of the day to day operations and running the park. They are expected to know and be able to do all other jobs at the Park, including but not limited to guide, service and rental dep., cashiering, and concessions at a superior level. Must be able to independently open, conduct all aspects of running a reservation, deal with minor customer problems and close without manager assistance.</p>
<p><b>MOL Responsibilities</b></p>
<p>Make sure guests receive the Best Paintball Experience Possible.<br />
Learn and be able to assist entry-level employees in all positions at the park.<br />
Be able to perform at all positions at the park including; guide, cashiering, teching, and concessions.<br />
Act as the voice of the company to resolve minor customer and employee incidents as they arise.<br />
Maintain a friendly and courteous work environment.<br />
Able to perform and assist in all grounds work and construction.<br />
Deliver product between locations.<br />
Process information/merchandise through POS register system.<br />
See that equipment is clean and working correctly, and respond quickly and appropriately when<br />
equipment is in need of repair.<br />
Manage labor, by shift, within acceptable variances and according to labor laws.<br />
Ensure that quality products are delivered to guests.<br />
Regularly monitor and participate in trash clean up and removal.<br />
Maintain equipment and tools needed to perform daily tasks.<br />
Ensure that the grounds equipment, tools and other systems are working at all times; refill fuel and<br />
oil daily; clean equipment daily, and report equipment problems or failures to park manager<br />
immediately.<br />
Return all equipment to the designated location at the maintenance facility and cleans the<br />
maintenance areas.<br />
Maintain records of equipment use and maintenance.<br />
Assist in set up, running and tear down of all events.</p>
<p><b>MOL Requirements</b></p>
<p>Must be able to perform all other positions at the park.<br />

Basic inventory management skills; receive and account for shipments and signs delivery slips<br />
where appropriate, monitor stock levels and advises Park Manager of impending outages.<br />
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or<br />
diagram form.<br />
Some familiarity paintball helpful but not required.<br />
Literacy in English with the ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions and<br />
posted schedules.<br />
Ability to lead, instruct and train others in the work, including the operation and proper use of<br />
equipment.<br />
Some knowledge and/or the ability to learn about occupational hazards and safety precautions.<br />
Basic knowledge of the principles of operation of diesel and gasoline engines.<br />
Must be able to clean, perform minor repairs, and service equipment used in grounds maintenance<br />
such as mowers, trimmer and a variety of hand/power tools.<br />
Considerable knowledge of use and care of motorized equipment and hand/power tools used in<br />
grounds and maintenance work.<br />
Ability to use hand tools, including electronic equipment, and operate motorized equipment and<br />
vehicles such as cars, trucks or vans.<br />
Ability to safely Operate mowers and string trimmers around buildings, field structures, trees, fence<br />
lines, banks, and hillsides; edge walking paths while avoiding hazards such as rocks and holes.<br />

Mid level carpentry skills required.<br />

to Park Manager on techniques, tools, materials, etc. to improve the quality and quantity of work.</p>

A Guide controls the customer experience from the time the customer enters the parking lot, thru the time spent in the staging area and on the playing field, to the point they leave the parking lot. The guide position is the most important job at the park. The guides have the MOST interaction with the customer, so providing the highest possible customer service is the guide’s number one goal while making sure the facility stays safe and welcoming.</p>

<p>The Group Sales Specialist is responsible for conducting a beginning to end sales process to book private<br />
groups/events at MN Pro Paintball Park. This includes lead generation, proposal writing, client calls, face to face meetings and ultimately closing deals. This position will regularly meet with clients and foster long-term relationships. The Group Sales Specialist should possess previous high-level sales experience, specifically within group sales. This position requires strong sales, organization and administrative skills. A passion to sell and exceed targets is a MUST.</p>
<p><strong>Primary Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<p>Prospect, cold call, and develop new business relationships within the Twin Cities market<br />
Meet or exceed revenue targets by booking Corporate, Birthday, Church, Bachelor groups and<br />
other special events<br />
Proactively reach out to high potential customers &amp; generate high-quality event client leads in<br />
key industries (e.g. corporate, youth sporting teams, emergency responders)<br />
Generate proposals<br />

<p><strong>Reports to:</strong> Reports to and takes direction from the Assistant Manager. Will also take some direction from Operations Leaders in absence of the Assistant manager.</p>
<p><strong>Job description:</strong> This Cashier position is part time but hours can range from 10 up to 40 hours a week. The Cashier&#8217;s main goal is speed and accuracy during the check in process. They are sufficient while taking cash and operating the POS system and efficient when preparing services for customers. They maintain the building and restroom and make sure they are clean, presentable, and fully stocked. They fully manage work station, building, and retail area, by making sure products and services are prepared in advance. They also conduct customer surveys and ensure that the customer experience is exceptional.</p>
<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<p>Make sure guest receive the Best Paintball Experience Possible.<br />
Sell and explain all products and services that our company sells and offers.<br />
Learn and be efficient with the point of sales system (Microsoft RMS).<br />
Learn all aspects of our business and communicate that to our customers.<br />
Enters purchases into cash register to calculate total purchase price.<br />
Accepts cash, checks, or bankcards for payment; completes check and bankcard transactions according to<br />
established procedure.<br />
Be able to identify coupons and accurately apply correct discounts.<br />
Calculates discounts or references; requests customer identification for certain discounts and receipts as required.<br />
Counts money, gives change and issues receipt for funds received.<br />
Maintains sufficient amounts of change in cash drawer.<br />
Balances cash drawer and receipts; documents and notifies manager of discrepancies.<br />
Provide feedback to Managers about inquiries to new products and services.<br />
Notify Managers on shortages of products.<br />
Monitor checkout stations to ensure that they have adequate cash available.<br />
Help out with other job duties during busy times.<br />
Perform customer surveys.<br />
Provide leading customer service.<br />
Reply to customer inquires emails and phone calls.<br />
Book reservations on the spot at the park.<br />
Know products required and make recommendations to customers up front to better experience.<br />
Facilitate any customer needs during check in.<br />
Enforce safety at all times.<br />
Complete shift paper work and track coupons.<br />
Be an ambassador to the company and the sport.<br />
Maintain a friendly and courteous work environment.<br />
Clean and maintain building and restroom.<br />
Keep work station clean and organized.<br />
Participate in delegated opening and closing tasks.<br />
Assists customers in the retail setting.</p>
<p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p>
<p>Must have legal authorization to work in the United States of America.<br />
Must possess a valid driver’s license.<br />
Must be at least sixteen (16) years old to apply.<br />
Must not have been convicted of, pleaded guilty to, entered a plea of nolo contendere to, or received<br />
judicial diversion for any felony charges or to any violation of any federal or state laws or city ordinances relating to force, violence, theft, dishonesty, gambling, controlled substances, or sex-related crimes.<br />
Must not have been convicted of, pleaded guilty to, entered a plea of nolo contendere to, or received<br />
judicial diversion for any misdemeanor charges involving DUI/DWI or alcohol, or use, possession,<br />
manufacture, or sale of controlled substances or drug paraphernalia within the past five (5) years.<br />
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or<br />
diagram form.<br />
High initiative and self motivated must also be a quick learner.<br />
Outgoing, easy to talk to, and must feel comfortable speaking in front of large groups.<br />
Outstanding customer service and organization skills.<br />
Sales experience is a plus, but not required.<br />
Some familiarity paintball helpful but not required.<br />
Flexible and FUN personality.<br />
Ability to operate computer system efficiently.<br />
Literacy in English with the ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions and posted<br />
schedules.<br />
Good time management, problem-solving and decision-making skills.<br />
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks, unsupervised, throughout the day.<br />
1-2 years of work experience.<br />
Required to work most weekend and some weekdays.</p>
<p><strong>Working conditions and physical requirements</strong></p>
<p>Work well in a team and alone.<br />
The employee will be exposed to loud noise, machinery with moving parts, dirt, dust, chemicals, foul odors, pollens, paint, slippery surfaces, fumes and adverse weather conditions.<br />
Job requires standing for long periods of time and walking on different types of terrain. Also requires<br />
bending, lifting, reaching and climbing.<br />
Must have sufficient physical strength and ability to independently and repeatedly lift, move and carry<br />
objects weighing up to thirty (30) pounds and to repeatedly lift, move and carry objects weighing more<br />
than thirty (30) pounds with assistance.<br />
The employee will be working mostly in registration building but is not limited from the playing fields, Parkgrounds and the maintenance building.<br />
Must be efficient with computers.</p>
<p><strong>Pay Scale, Compensation, and Hours</strong></p>
<p>Part Time – Seasonal $7.00-$9.00/hour – Based on experience, PLUS TIPS!!!!<br />

<p><strong>Reports to:</strong> Park Manager</p>
<p><strong>Job description:</strong> The Assistant Manager is a full time position and is responsible for all aspects of Park management.</p>
<p>The Assistant Manager reports to and works directly with the Park Manager. The AM is responsible for the smooth operation of MN Pro Paintball Park on a daily basis including managing the customer experience, strategic planning and development, monitoring health and safety, overseeing the park&#8217;s finances, handling staff appraisal planning and implementing strategies to achieve constant improvements in employee and visitor satisfaction, as well as office work. The AM works alongside members of their team in order to be more efficient and to resolve customer complaints and other problems as they arise. Working alongside other employees keeps the AM sharp in all job functions and allows them to lead by example. They will also coordinate schedules, assign responsibilities and make sure that everything runs smoothly while they’re working. The AM is the person who receives and deals with customer feedback and complaints. The job may be stressful; the AM will work under pressure in a busy, noisy, fast-moving and highly competitive environment. They serve as the primary safety net seven days per week, 365 days per year for any event occurring and is responsible for tasks that require the immediate attention of facility management, such as receiving shipments, schedule changes, or absence of a coworker. Seventy percent of time will typically be spent at the park and thirty percent in the office.</p>
<p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p>
<p>Make sure guest receive the Best Paintball Experience Possible.<br />
Coordinate with Park Manager and Office Wizard to create schedule including: work station<br />
assignments/rotations, employee vacations, employee breaks, overtime assignment, back-up for absent<br />
employees, and shift rotations. Guarantee that the facility is always operating with the appropriate<br />
staffing levels in accordance with open play, reservations, and events.<br />
Schedule and conduct staff meetings.<br />
Help hire and train new employees.<br />
Take initial disciplinary action for time‐sensitive infractions as they occur.<br />
Manage and improve all systems and procedure in accordance with the company’s mission.<br />
Perform monthly inventory count.<br />
Act as voice of the Company to resolve customer incidents as they arise.<br />
Oversee proper product preparation, rotation, and portioning.<br />
Ensure that quality products are delivered to guests.<br />
Manage labor, by shift, within acceptable variances and according to labor laws.<br />
Maintain a friendly and courteous work environment.<br />
Process information/merchandise through POS system.<br />
See that equipment is clean and working correctly, and respond quickly and appropriately when<br />
equipment is in need of repair.<br />
Oversee the stocking and inventory levels or cleaning and bathroom supplies.<br />
Answer phone calls and direct them as needed.<br />
Responsible for quality control and assume responsibility for employees’ production.<br />
Monitor and report activity during shift. Need to be able to provide feedback to Park Manager.<br />
Give guidance to and teach other employees leadership.<br />
Conduct on-the-job training as necessary and coordinates workflow to best suit the needs of the<br />
customer. Should have the ability to give clear concise instructions.<br />
Ensure a clean and safe work area.<br />
Adhere to guidelines and completes all applicable daily checklists.<br />
Responsible for delegating tasks to junior members of staff and must ensure that all customers are<br />
happy with the service they have received.<br />
Ensure all staff punches in and out at beginning and end of shift.<br />
Responsible for Park closing/opening activities, Ensure all opening and closing tasks are accomplished by<br />
prioritizing and delegating to other staff.<br />
Assist the Park Manager with employee performance reviews.<br />
Monitor and ensure that incident reports are completed and reported per policy and procedure.<br />
Ensure that employees meet all standards outlined in the handbook.<br />
Responsible to meet park sales goals.<br />
Prepare bank deposit and/or take deposit to bank, as needed.<br />
Accurately perform safe audit.<br />
Accountability for all cash handling.<br />
Assume responsibility for all Park funds in the safe and for any till used.<br />
Ensure all staff adheres to cash handling procedures.<br />
Document any unusual situations that occur regarding register and safe operations.<br />
Conduct drawer skims periodically throughout the day.<br />
Provide change from safe when coins and small bills become depleted.<br />
Make appropriate decisions for maintaining store security and safety in the work place.<br />
Basic inventory management skills, Receive and account for shipments and signs delivery slips where<br />
appropriate, monitor stock levels and advise Park Manager of impending outages.</p>
<p><strong>Requirements</strong></p>
<p>Prior management experience is required.<br />
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or<br />
diagram form.<br />
Must have legal authorization to work in the United States of America.<br />
Must possess a valid driver’s license and the ability to safely operate a motor vehicle.<br />
Must be twenty one (21) years of age.<br />
Must not have been convicted of, pleaded guilty to, entered a plea of nolo contendere to, or received<br />
judicial diversion for any felony charges or to any violation of any federal or state laws or city<br />
ordinances relating to force, violence, theft, dishonesty, gambling, controlled substances, or sex-related<br />
crimes.<br />
Must not have been convicted of, pleaded guilty to, entered a plea of nolo contendere to, or received<br />
judicial diversion for any misdemeanor charges involving DUI/DWI or alcohol, or use, possession,<br />
manufacture, or sale of controlled substances or drug paraphernalia within the past five (5) years.<br />
Advanced Interpersonal skills, communication skills, self-discipline, judgment and patience with<br />
customers are required.<br />
Required to work certain nights and majority of weekends must also be availability to report for work on<br />
a short notice.<br />
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds required.<br />
Manual dexterity required for operating machinery and computers.<br />
Good time management skills, problem-solving and decision-making skills.<br />
Must be able to communicate verbally with staff members &amp; guests. Also must be able to read, count<br />
and write to complete all documentation.<br />
Work successfully as part of a team, while under pressure and Handle multiple tasks at one time.<br />
Strong customer service skills required.<br />
Management, sales, persuasiveness, marketing skills, decisiveness, energy and resilience are all traits<br />
needed.<br />
First response (CPR training) is helpful but not required.<br />
Some familiarity with paintball helpful but not required.</p>
<p><strong>Working conditions and physical requirements</strong></p>
<p>Job requires the ability to work outside in all weather conditions, including hot and cold temperatures<br />
and sudden changes in weather.<br />
Work well in a team and alone.<br />
The AM will be working everywhere on site at the Park and in the office. But is not limited to just these<br />
locations.<br />
The AM will be exposed to loud noise, machinery with moving parts, dirt, dust, chemicals, foul odors,<br />
pollens, paint, slippery surfaces, fumes and adverse weather conditions.<br />
Job requires standing and sitting for long periods of time, walking for long periods of time on different<br />
types of terrain and requires bending, lifting, reaching and climbing.<br />
Must have sufficient physical strength and ability to independently and repeatedly lift, move and carry<br />
objects weighing up to fifty (50) pounds and to repeatedly lift, move and carry objects weighing more<br />
than fifty (50) pounds with assistance.</p>
<p><strong>Pay Scale, Compensation, and Hours:</strong></p>
<p>Pay is based on ability and experience but ranges from $9 to $12 per hour<br />
March – November Hours will be 40+ per week. Majority of hours will be weekend based.<br />
