Job description: The Assistant Manager is a full time position and is responsible for all aspects of Park management.The Assistant Manager reports to and works directly with the Park Manager. The AM is responsible for the smooth operation of MN Pro Paintball Park on a daily basis including managing the customer experience, strategic planning and development, monitoring health and safety, overseeing the park’s finances, handling staff appraisal planning and implementing strategies to achieve constant improvements in employee and visitor satisfaction, as well as office work. The AM works alongside members of their team in order to be more efficient and to resolve customer complaints and other problems as they arise. Working alongside other employees keeps the AM sharp in all job functions and allows them to lead by example. They will also coordinate schedules, assign responsibilities and make sure that everything runs smoothly while they’re working. The AM is the person who receives and deals with customer feedback and complaints. The job may be stressful; the AM will work under pressure in a busy, noisy, fast-moving and highly competitive environment. They serve as the primary safety net seven days per week, 365 days per year for any event occurring and is responsible for tasks that require the immediate attention of facility management, such as receiving shipments, schedule changes, or absence of a coworker. Seventy percent of time will typically be spent at the park and thirty percent in the office.
Job Description: Generate new business for MN Pro Paintball while fostering and expanding on the
current customer base. Work with senior management to develop and execute new strategies for
business development.
The Group Sales Specialist is responsible for conducting a beginning to end sales process to book private
groups/events at MN Pro Paintball Park. This includes lead generation, proposal writing, client calls, face to face meetings and ultimately closing deals. This position will regularly meet with clients and foster long-term relationships. The Group Sales Specialist should possess previous high-level sales experience, specifically within group sales. This position requires strong sales, organization and administrative skills. A passion to sell and exceed targets is a MUST.
Job description: The Maintenance Operation Leader will work 25 – 35 hours per week. They are responsible for the day to day operations in the absence of the Park Manager (PM) or Assistant Manager (AM) while performing any and all other positions at the park at the top level.
The majority of the shifts are working directly with the PM on all aspects of maintenance of the Park, from grounds work to construction. The MOLs are responsible for assisting opening and closing, handling minor customer issues, and they are available to entry-level employees for any questions or recommendations on how to do their specific jobs during open play hours and weekday reservations. They are still an active part of the day to day operations and running the park. They are expected to know and be able to do all other jobs at the Park, including but not limited to guide, service and rental dep., cashiering, and concessions at a superior level. Must be able to independently open, conduct all aspects of running a reservation, deal with minor customer problems and close without manager assistance.
Job description: The Guide position is part time but hours can range from 10 up to 40 hours a week, depending on work load, pending reservations and performance. A Guide controls the customer experience from the time the customer enters the parking lot, thru the time spent in the staging area and on the playing field, to the point they leave the parking lot. The guide position is the most important job at the park. The guides have the MOST interaction with the customer, so providing the highest possible customer service is the guide’s number one goal while making sure the facility stays safe and welcoming.
Job description: This Cashier position is part time but hours can range from 10 up to 40 hours a week. The Cashier’s main goal is speed and accuracy during the check in process. They are sufficient while taking cash and operating the POS system and efficient when preparing services for customers. They maintain the building and restroom and make sure they are clean, presentable, and fully stocked. They fully manage work station, building, and retail area, by making sure products and services are prepared in advance. They also conduct customer surveys and ensure that the customer experience is exceptional.
Job description: The Service and Rental Department is a part time position but hours can range from 10 up to 40 hours per week. Members of the S&R work directly with the playing equipment used by MN Pro Paintball as well as the customers’ personal equipment. They are required to distribute, service, clean, and receive rental equipment while accurately tracking. Experience and/or training in the world of Paintball will be a great head start. In this position you will interact with prospects and customers helping to define their needs, solve problems and sell our services/products. Ability to multi-task is essential.
