Group Policies
Please read these policies prior to your reservation.
- We keep your Credit Card number on file until your date of play. There will be $100 no show fee charged if you do not show up on your date of play.
- Canceled reservations that occur within 24 hours will be charged the full deposit amount of $100.
- Equipment Reservation – Equipment will only be held for the amount of players the group reserved for. If more players show up than reserved for, those players may receive equipment if available, but nothing is guaranteed.
- Field Paint Facility - MN Pro Paintball is a Field Paint Only Facilty. Field Paint can ONLY be purchased ON Site at our Park in Lakeville. (Not Applicable to Laser Tag)
- We play rain or shine. – At our Park we play rain or shine. The only reason your reservation would be canceled is for extreme weather, such as a tornado or thunderstorm. If such weather occurs on your scheduled date of play, the deposit will be either refunded or put towards re-scheduling for another date. Once play has begun there will be NO REFUND for weather purposes.
- Short term Reservations – Reservations made with in one week of requested date of play may be accepted depending upon availability. Call 952-892-1540 to check availability.
