MN Pro Paintball hosts hundreds of private groups every year. From birthday parties and church groups to corporate outings and bachelor parties, our private events are the answer to your groups needs.
When you make a reservation your group will receive the following:
- Private Field Play – Get to play on all of our fields, but it will be just your group nobody else.
- Staging Area – Where your group can hang out in-between games, you can have food and other amenities in this area. Comes with picnic tables & pavilion.
- Private Group Coordinator – Our Group Coordinators are the best in the business! They will stay with the group the entire day to ensure that the equipment is working properly, the group is playing games suitable to their needs & that EVERYONE is having FUN! Not to mention all of our Group Coordinators are either PTI or PSP Safety & referee Certified.
- Guaranteed Rental Equipment – we will hold rental equipment for everyone in your party.
- 3 Hour Time Slot – Starting any time you want.
We do everything from catering to assisting the group coordinator in getting everyone together. You will work one on one with a Reservation Consultant when planning your event. Our Reservation Consultant will assist you in setting everything up. From the first moment you contact us, till the last paintball has been shot. You will be taken care of.

Group Policies:
- COUPONS ARE NOT VALID FOR ANY RESERVATION GROUP – Reservation groups are not allowed to use coupons to receive any additional discounts.
- Cancellation Policy - Reservations can be cancelled up to 7 days in advance of reservation date & the deposit will be refunded. All reservations cancelled within 7 days of their date of play will be assesed the $100 Cancellation Fee.
- Absent Player Policy – Reservations will be charged a $25 Absent Player Fee for each missing player from the reserved amount. However, MN Pro Paintball Inc. will waive the first two absent player fees.
- Player Minimum – Each reservation package has a designated player minimum. If a group has fewer players than the minimum they will still be allowed to play, however, they will be assessed a $25 absent player fee for each person under the minimum. This policy supersedes the Absent Player Policy.
- Short Notice Changes – Any changes made to the DATE or TIME within 7 days of the Date of Play will be assessed a $25 Fee for each change. This policy supersedes the Multiple Changes Policy.
- Multiple Changes – Your first Date/Time Change is FREE, however any additional changes will be asssesed a $25 Fee. (Policy DOES NOT APPLY WITHIN 7 Days of the Reservation Date)
- Equipment Reservation – Equipment will only be held for the amount of players the group reserved for. If more players show up than reserved for, those players may receive equipment if available, but nothing is guaranteed.
- Field Paint Facility - MN Pro Paintball is a Field Paint Only Facilty. Field Paint can ONLY be purchased ON Site at our Park in Lakeville. (Not Applicable to Laser Tag)
- We play rain or shine. – At our Park we play rain or shine. The only reason your reservation would be canceled is for extreme weather, such as a tornado or thunderstorm. If such weather occurs on your scheduled date of play, the deposit will be either refunded or put towards re-scheduling for another date. Once play has begun there will be NO REFUND for weather purposes.
- Deposit – $100 deposit is due 7 days prior to requested date of play. The deposit needs to be placed with a major credit card. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover.
- Short term Reservations – Reservations made with in one week of requested date of play may be excepted depending upon availability. **Deposit Still REQUIRED** (Call 952-892-1540 to check availability)
