involving rapid deployment, dynamic defense of the moving tactical envelope and high-speed extrication by a specialExtraction, in tactical combat and special operations use, is the process of removing constituents from a targeted site when it is considered imperative that they be immediately relocated out of a hostile environment and taken to a secured area under friendly control. Extraction may imply rescuing entities from grave danger or immediate conditions that they are incapable of surviving. Both extraction and rescue may be for unsuspecting and/or unwilling persons and force protection team.
Back Story
The Prior Lake Rebels have taken custody of an adjacent piece of property that the dukes of Scott County have been known to occupy and use for training. As of 0300 the Scott county dukes have confirmed that several members of their elite VIP’s the area acquired by the Rebels late last night. The rebels are unaware of the dukes that are in the property they have acquired, the rebels may be armed and dangerous and may or may not be present on the targeted area for search and rescue.
3 separate search and rescue teams are being scrambled together for a mission that will be coordinated and deployed on September 25th 2010.
We are asking for all volunteers and local militia to get arms and gather at the check point at the designated time.
Players will be broken into three teams upon arrival by the coordinating Scott County Dukes.

Teams
There will be 3 teams each of equal player amounts. They will start at designated Bases within the field of play. Each team is trying to accumulate the most points. Points will be recorded for the Team and The player. There will be NO generals or formal chain of command set in place by the game organizers. If a team chooses to create a hierarchy that is their choice and is not required, there will be no “team” decisions only individual decisions for players to make for themselves.
Awards / Winning:
The team with the most points will win the Team portion of the game. The top 5 overall players individually with the most points will be awarded prizes in accordance to what position they finish in.
Over $1,000 in prizes will be given away to individual player’s 1st – 5th place
Banners will be awarded to teams & over $1,000 in raffle prizes given away to all players participating.
VIPs
Description:
Vips are to head out to the field 15 minutes prior to the game start so they can go hide or do whatever it is they need to do. Vips need to be up front and cooperative with player requests regardless if they are good or bad. If a vip is hit during and extract the vip remains dead during the escort. If a vip is KIA or hit and is not being escorted the vip is immobilized for 5 mins. vips can be KIA (killed in Action) by player escorting so they will cooperate and not hinder the extract. They can also be killed by other player trying to stop the escort or shoot the vip so it’s worth less point (this give the players the option to be an escort and try to fend off other players from taking the vip or they can be a mercenary role and just go around trying to take other players vips). If the vip is picked up by an escort the vip remains dead throughout the extract. If the KIA vip is left by players or the extract team is shot out the vip has 5 min before he can move again.
When contact is made between a vip and a player the player should but does not have to search the vip. Reasons a player would not search the vip: area is too hot, the player forgets, or does not want to take the time. Again during the search the vip must cooperate with the players requests. At this point the player may be offered a side mission which the player must accept or decline on the spot. If the player accepts the side mission the mission starts and the vip leads the side mission with the support of the extractors. Once the side mission is completed the vip takes note of the missions completion and then the player must extract the vip. If side mission is completed and the escorts are shot out the points for the side mission will be added to the player that completed it. If the player declines the side mission the player then must escort the vip to the extract point. Dead vips cannot offer side missions. Once the player reaches one of the three extract points the player and vip are neutral and both report to the score keeper. Only alive escorts will receive points for extract.
Scoring:
VIP Roles:
There will be 10 VIP’s on the field initially, once a VIP has been extracted they will be inserted (by field staff again) throughout the game. 7 of the VIP’s will be “good” and 3 will be “bad” ALL VIP’s are still worth the same amount of points for a successful extraction.
There are Good Vip’s meaning they will be helpful to their escorts & Bad Vip’s meaning they have the potential to harm their escorts or escape from escorts.
Side missions: (must be accepted or declined on the spot by the player)
Once a side mission is completed the player must then extract the vip to get the extract points but the side mission points must be accounted for by the vip and reffs.
Alive VIPs extracted – worth valued amount of VIP
KIA VIP extracted – worth half of valued amount of VIP
Multi escort – VIP extract amount divided evenly by # of alive escorts
Side mission points – mission success worth mission amount, mission failure no points are awarded
“money” – money will be given in a dollar amount, 1$ = 1 point

Explanation- players must first find a VIP, The VIP will then inquire about doing a side mission or the
player may ask. VIPs can pick when they want to offer a side mission or if they want to at all. Not all
extractions will be offered side missions. All side missions have a 5 player max. Once a side mission is
offered the players must accept or decline the side mission on the spot, if the players take too long to
decide whether or not to do the mission the VIP will decline the mission. If a mission is declined the
players must extract the VIP to receive any points. If a mission is accepted the VIP takes the role of team
leader and carries out the mission with the support of the players. If the VIP is KIA at any point during
the mission the mission is a fail and player must finish the extract with the KIA VIP. Side missions can be
conceded by the player at any time for any reason. Once a mission is called off it cannot be restarted
and players will not receive any side mission points. If a side mission is accepted by 4 players only those
4 players will receive player points upon completion, if another player joins the side mission said player
will not be rewarded points upon mission completion. If a player is shot out after a side mission is
accepted the player will need to respawn and may rejoin his fire team at any time but will not receive
points for the missions completion but he is eligible to receive extraction points if the VIP is extracted
after the mission is complete. If all players are eliminated during a side mission, the mission is a wash
and the VIP may offer it to another fire team.
POINTS
Extract points
Points will first off be given to each live play that is involved in a successful VIP extraction. There
will be a 5 player max for points given out for a successful extraction. Dead players will not be awarded
for an extraction no matter what their involvement was. When VIP is extracted all alive players and
extracted VIP must go to point check in table, player will show wristband number to be used as their
player ID#. The VIP must confirm that all checking in players were actually involved in the extract. The
point person will then write down the players’ number and how many extraction points are awarded
to each player. Players may then return to their teams insurgent point and keep playing. The VIP will be
recycled back on to the field. Points will then be added for each team to see who the winning team is.
NOTE: A winning player does not have to be part of the game winning team. Each player will have a
designated wristband color that will be for their team points.
Side mission points
When a side mission is completed the VIP will write down the players ID# and how many points
they receive. Again only 5 players can receive points. Points can be added when a VIP is brought in or at
the end of the day. The only way to receive points for a side mission is to be involved and alive from the
point the side mission is accepted VIP until it is completed. If a player is shot out during a side mission
the player will not receive points upon completion. The dead player will also not be eligible once VIP is
extracted. HOWEVER – an eliminated player may respawn and meet back up with them and finish any
extract and receive extract point.
Money points
If player receives money or items worth points the player can turn in the item or money at any
time during the day.
Money will be given in $100 = 100 points
Items = 100 points
Point Values & more rules will be distributed on game day.




I think you should put a map on here of the playing field showing where everythings at and able to print off the map so players and teams can strategize
